We are seeking a talented B2B Sales Director to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales director to join our dynamic team at Duval Associates. As B2B Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills
