About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales director to join our dynamic team at Duval Associates. As B2B Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
