Role Overview:
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and building long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the business needs of our clients. If you’re a goal-driven professional with a passion for sales, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead qualification
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads and close new business to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor sales presentations to deliver customized solutions
- Present, promote, and sell [product/service] using solid arguments to both new and existing customers
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and share customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Must Haves:
- Experience in B2B sales is desired
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and client needs analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
