We are currently seeking a talented Graduate Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced B2B sales environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with existing customers.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role, including product expertise, consultative sales techniques, and effective communication skills. With a basic salary of £25,000 and uncapped OTE potential reaching up to £50,000 in year one, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly KPIs input & output metrics.
- Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic sale journey.
- Work collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
