Job Overview: Utility Bidder is seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Operations Head to lead our team of Energy Sales Consultants in Manchester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for devising strategies to boost sales, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role, strong background in managing and developing sales teams, and excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets
- Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
