About the Role
We are looking for a skilled sales leader to join our team as Head of Inside Sales and Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large inside sales operation, focusing on lead generation, business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing CRM-driven campaigns to develop innovative new business sales initiatives.
- Leading and developing the inside sales management team, empowering sales managers to motivate and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
- Developing sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures, including management development, induction programs, and circa 60 business sales consultants.
- Continuously seeking incremental improvements in sales performance and driving optimal activity levels.
