About the Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team as a leader. As a key member of our sales performance environment, you will drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10 Inside Sales Executives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to improve their performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
