We are seeking an Account Executive with a passion for B2B marketing to join our dynamic team at Searchability. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of the agency. You will also collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop marketing strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the agency

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, B2B, project research, and planning
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
