Totum Partners is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join their HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage BAU compensation activities and lead on exciting reward projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy, leading on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting and benchmarking.
  • Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day management of two Reward Analysts, including undertaking data analysis where required and presenting complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm.

The role can be based anywhere in the UK and offers hybrid working, with opportunities to work from London, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, Glasgow, or Edinburgh office locations. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
