Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Central Services team in Newcastle, UK.
This is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working pattern, full training, and career progression opportunities.
- Role: Payroll Administrator (entry level or experience welcome)
- Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK (Global Head Office)
- Status: Permanent, hybrid office/home (after training)
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing multiple internal payrolls, assisting with new starters, leavers, pay changes, and timesheets within our payroll systems and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing all payroll data, adhering to set KPIs.
- Processing all timesheet data accurately and on time.
- Responding to queries and resolving issues in line with set SLAs.
- Assisting the TL and Senior Payroll Administrator with ad-hoc tasks.
- Tracking pension changes and issuing documents.
- Calculating and managing overpayments.
- Raising payments.
- Supporting projects.
