Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Reward and Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team at JSS Search. As a key member of the Rewards function, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global reward strategies and ensuring that we maintain competitive compensation positioning.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact position for an ambitious professional looking to make a meaningful contribution to the evolution of our global reward practices. You will work closely with the Head of Rewards and the wider Rewards team, as well as key stakeholders across the business, to provide insights and analysis that inform our compensation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to support decision-making on salary structures, bonuses, and equity awards.
  • Conduct detailed market benchmarking and job evaluations, providing insights on competitive pay practices across different geographies.
  • Create and manage compensation reports for senior leadership and HR partners, providing data-driven recommendations on compensation strategy and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Reward experience within the Financial Services space
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, bonus schemes, equity plans, and benefits.
  • Exposure to compensation and benefits practices, with a keen understanding of regional differences and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
