Lead Compensation and Benefits Strategy at Sage City

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Compensation and Benefits strategy as a Benefits and Compensation Director. In this role, you will develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies across global markets. You will collaborate with HR business partners to ensure seamless execution of pay review cycles and open enrollment processes.

About the Role:
• Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies across global markets.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure seamless execution of pay review cycles and open enrollment processes.
• Lead the Benefits and Compensation Advisors team to manage employee and manager queries, administrative tasks, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain successful partnerships with rewards partners and other People function leaders.
• Analyze data and utilize Excel to inform strategic decisions on benefits and compensation offerings.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a rewards or compensation function.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies across global markets.
• Strong analytical skills, intermediate to advanced proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing Excel.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What We Offer:
• Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per year (dependent on experience).
• Generous bonuses and pension scheme: Up to 8% matched pension contribution plus 2% top-up by Sage (8+8+2% = 18% total contribution).
• 25 days of paid annual leave with the option to buy up to another 5 days.
• 8 bank holiday days.
