About Our Ideal Candidate

We are searching for a talented Employee Benefits Coordinator who can efficiently manage benefits activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate records.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating employee benefits, including insurances, holiday trading, cycle to work, childcare vouchers, Gympass, Green Car options, salary finance, and long service awards.
  • Validating salary sacrifice deductions against employees' salaries in accordance with legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll calculations to ensure benefit changes are in line with policy and legislation.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • An understanding of HR Administration regulations and procedures.

Compensation Package

You can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, along with additional benefits including:

  • A 24-day holiday allowance.
  • A variable annual bonus based on performance (5-15%).
  • A pension plan.

Work Arrangement

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote home-based work.
