Financial Performance Coordinator

About the Role:

NRP Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Performance Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle. In this role, you will work closely with partners and other fee earners to review WIP, debt, and unbilled disbursements, providing regular updates to the Accounts Manager and Finance Director.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and effective billing to enable more prompt cash collection. You will set up correct billing in the finance system to facilitate the billing process and develop and implement improved revenue control processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Review WIP, debt, and unbilled disbursements
  • Update the Accounts Manager and Finance Director on progress
  • Ensure timely and effective billing for prompt cash collection

Estimate Salary:

We estimate that your annual salary will be around £58,000, depending on your experience. Your actual take-home pay will be approximately £46,000 - £56,000 per annum, assuming a 20% tax bracket.
