Administrative Support Coordinator for Office Operations

Top 200 Law Firm in Guildford is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front of house reception service, including greeting visitors and operating the switchboard
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensure IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required
- Process and distribute mail, including DX services
- Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Data entry, database management, and assisting with archiving
- Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis
- Manual handling and small repairs
- Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations
The ideal candidate will have experience as an office junior, customer service, or administration, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
A strong written and verbal communication skillset is also essential. In addition, candidates must have at least 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent.
