Office Angels is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a Fixed Term Maternity Contract.

Fully Office Based, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and other stakeholders. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational skills and professional prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to a wide range of projects and interact with professionals at all levels.
  • Engage in valuable networking opportunities within the industry.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Ad Hoc tasks to support the manager.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed are also essential.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,000 per annum, plus an amazing benefit package.
