Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at BAE Systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in business operations and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business operations, including resource management, recruitment, and onboarding. They will also be involved in providing reporting and analytical support and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

This role would suit someone with great time management and prioritisation skills, good problem-solving and facilitation skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
