Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: 2i Recruit Ltd is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Account Managers team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
About You:
We are seeking an organised and efficient individual with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Complete new customer setup forms and new product line forms/allergen forms.
- Ensure new customers have correct product descriptions and up-to-date product images.
- Complete promotional forms.
- Data entry into the new CRM system.
- Organise product samples and monitor tracking.
- Complete paperwork relating to events.
- Book Account Manager's travel/hotels.
- Reply to inbound sales enquiries via email/phone call.
- Manage stock levels of office samples.
- Coordinate product imagery, banners, and brochure adverts between marketing and the customer.
- Support the Office Manager with sending out physical paper POS items.
- Prepare items for Account Manager presentations, samples, cups, point of sale, etc.
- Put together Excel reports.
- Send initial intro emails from an email template.
- Prepare meeting rooms/development kitchen for key customer meetings.
- Attend customer meetings with Account Manager to support sampling of product/preparation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Location: Remote work options available.
