Role Overview:

The Wellbeing Support Coordinator at Catalystsupport will be responsible for delivering community-based activities and interventions to support individuals in managing their own health and wellbeing. This role requires a high level of skill and compassion to effectively work with diverse client groups and manage challenging behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will provide a range of motivational and structured psycho-social interventions to promote health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver community-based activities and interventions, including one-to-one support, groups, and wellbeing activities.
  • Support clients to engage with mainstream activities to support their wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely incident reporting.
  • Work with clients to identify and address mental health needs and develop support plans.


Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Probation, Mental Health, or Health and Social Care.
  • Minimum 1 year community experience in mental health, wellbeing, or behaviour change work.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse client groups and manage challenging behaviour.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. We value your skills and experience.
