About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Adult Living Support Coordinator to join our supported living team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our clients to provide tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as household chores and meal planning.
  • Encourage social participation and community engagement.
  • Monitor progress and report any concerns to relevant staff members.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in personal care and medication administration.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
