We're looking for a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Older Adults. As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Job

Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning, as well as supporting residents with their mobility and social needs. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including access to wellbeing and support tools, and a 'Refer a Friend' bonus scheme. Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for caring for others, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the needs of older adults.
