Adult Day Centre Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our team at Randstad's adult day centre. As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their goals and aspirations.
About the RoleYou will work on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing tailored support to meet the needs of each learner. This may include supporting with learning, life skills, and social activities. You will also contribute to the development of personalized learning plans and participate in regular review and evaluation meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with complex SEN needs and a passion for delivering high-quality care and education. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is looking to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you
About the CentreOur adult day centre is a dynamic and inclusive setting that provides a range of activities and support services for learners with complex SEN needs. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence, confidence, and personal growth.
What We Offer- A permanent role with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
