About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Worker to join our multi-award-winning adult day centre. As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with various educational activities, life skills, and social activities. You will work on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing tailored support to meet the needs of each learner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with complex SEN needs and a passion for delivering high-quality care and education. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is looking to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you

Our adult day centre is a bright, modern, and inviting setting that achieves incredible things daily. What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Desirable: Previous experience working with individuals with complex SEN needs
  • Desirable: Education or care-based experience in the last 2 years
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
