Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team at SENDhelp Limited in Guildford.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to overcome learning challenges.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Professional, you will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and other team members to provide targeted support to students both in and out of the classroom.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the teaching team to ensure each student receives the necessary support to reach their goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Should have experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or SEMH setting, but not essential.
  • Must have a caring, patient approach and a strong commitment to supporting students.
  • Must have their own transport due to the school's rural location.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
