Job Summary:
SeeAbility is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team as a Swim Buddy. In this role, you will assist adults with disabilities during swimming activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. With a strong focus on providing high-quality care and support, we are looking for candidates who share our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to adults with disabilities during swimming activities
- Assist with poolside tasks, such as setting up equipment and maintaining a safe environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and planning

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with disabilities or in a related field
- Valid DBS check and two satisfactory references
- Safeguarding training and a strong understanding of disability support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
