Job Description: Support Worker Role

Main Responsibilities:

You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and providing companionship and social interaction. You will also be responsible for reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant staff members and maintaining accurate records of resident care.
