We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Claremont Court Care Home. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

  • You will provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting them with meal times and mobility.
  • You will follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
  • You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well-being, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
