About the Position: We are seeking an Adult Care and Support Professional to join our team at Experienceguildford. This rewarding role involves providing supportive living care to adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting individuals with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, household management, and social engagement.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care services.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins.
  • Full driving license and access to a car (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Age 18 and above.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Compensation Package:

The annual salary for this position is £24,139, with additional compensation for sleep-in duties. Benefits include a workplace pension scheme, Blue Light Card membership, and discounted travel options.
