Communal Living Coordinator

One of your key strengths will be your ability to communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and clients from diverse backgrounds. Your experience working with older adults will enable you to advise and empathize with them, providing a high level of customer service. The scheme comprises three blocks of 48 properties, each with its own set of facilities, including a manager's office, laundry, kitchen, lounge, and WC.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised, able to multitask efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
