We are a dynamic and supportive team at Salvation Army Homes, dedicated to providing high-quality housing services to our residents. As a Housing Management Officer, you will be part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks on resident homes to ensure safety and well-being
- Respond to resident concerns and address any issues promptly
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans
Requirements:
- Experience working in a social care setting (desirable)
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum
