About the Position

We are seeking a Community Empowerment Officer to join our team in Guildford. As a keyworker, you will act as a point of contact for clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized support plans, promoting the independence of clients, and ensuring their safety. You will also be involved in housing management activities, such as rent collection and tenancy management.

We require someone with relevant experience working with vulnerable people, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using computer software. The ideal candidate will be able to reflect our organization's values and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000, based on a full-time equivalent of 15 hours per week.
