Job Description

As a Community Postal Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residential and business addresses, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  3. Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve services and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of community and customer focus
