Young People's Development Officer

As a Young People's Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of teenage boys in our care.
You will work closely with the young people to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop plans to support their progress.
You will also be responsible for observing and assessing the young people's progress, and keeping accurate records of their achievements and behavior.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a caring and supportive approach.
**Salary:** £19,745.82 per annum (including sleep-in shifts)
**Location:** Guildford, Surrey
**Working Hours:** 30 hours per week, shift pattern
