As a Senior Occupational Therapist in our Adult Services team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with complex needs. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality occupational therapy services that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Client satisfaction ratings exceeding 90%
  • 95% of clients demonstrating improved functional ability
  • 85% of clients achieving their set goals

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in adult occupational therapy
