About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our dynamic Occupational Therapy team at Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and be able to deliver high-quality interventions that promote recovery and independence for individuals with mental health conditions.

This is a full-time, part-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £39,205-£47,084 per annum (inclusive of 5% Fringe HCAS), pro rata. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Guildford, with occasional travel to surrounding community services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior occupational therapists and support workers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
