Therapy Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Therapy Team Lead to join our team at Archer Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and contributing to our commitment to excellence in SEND education.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the therapy team and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a holistic support model for students with mild to moderate learning difficulties.
  • Delivering training on therapeutic practices to staff across the school, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide effective support to students.
  • Conducting clinical assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks, including safeguarding practices.
  • Supporting the team in effective case management and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all student data is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in a therapeutic field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology).
  • Professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., HCPC, BACP).
  • Proven leadership experience in a school or paediatric setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience with SEND and a commitment to safeguarding practices, with a strong understanding of the legal frameworks that govern this area.
  • A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if you do not currently hold one, and to maintain your registration with the relevant professional bodies.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
Estimated Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
