Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital invites applications for the position of Perioperative Team Lead. As a seasoned professional, you will lead our perioperative team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless execution of procedures, managing staff resources effectively, and promoting best practices within the team.

Successful candidates will hold a Registered Practitioner qualification with NMC or HCPC registration, a Surgical First Assistant Qualification, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £21.15 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including holiday time in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.
