Occupational Therapist Position: Community Health and Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Guildhall. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to adults, including assessments, interventions, and rehabilitation planning.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be HCPC registered and hold an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DEGREE.

Key Responsibilities- Providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Managing hospital discharge processes
- Implementing rehabilitation plans for service users in supported living
- Conducting assessments for Telecare, Taxicard, and Freedom passes
- Providing support for Disability Facilities Grants (DFG) and major adaptations
- Managing a clinical caseload of generic adults meeting OT eligibility criteria
