About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Guildford. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, work closely with team members, and provide an integrated service supporting vulnerable adults and their carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct person-centred and proportionate OT assessments to support clients lead meaningful lives within the community.
  • Work closely with team members and other organisations to provide a seamless service.
  • Visit clients in their homes, residential care, and nursing homes.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience working in a social care, health, or community-focused multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Ability to complete comprehensive OT assessments.
  • Familiarity with moving and handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of medical conditions and their impact on individuals, carers, and families.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £40,929 per annum, plus benefits including 26 days' holiday (prorated for part-time staff), up to 10 additional annual leave days, and a generous pension scheme.
