Job Title: Fostering Social Worker Team Lead

Location: Berkshire

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assessment and analytical skills of Foster Carers, as well as completing Form F, Special Guardianship, and Connected Panel timescales.

Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the training and assessment of new and substitute Foster Carers
  • To support the recruitment and assessment of Foster Carers and Special Guardian applicants
  • To provide guidance and advice to improve skills within the team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE. They must also have experience in assessing and analysing skills, as well as completing Form F, Special Guardianship, and Connected Panel timescales.
