Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Neuro Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Team. As a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to children and young people in neurorehabilitation, outpatient services, and step-down pathways.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex environment with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to create individualized therapy plans.

About the Role
  • Lead OT provision for children with complex neurodisabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Provide specialist assessments and therapeutic interventions that are developmentally appropriate and goal-directed.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing upper limb rehabilitation, including splinting, Botox interventions, and therapy goals. You will also contribute to meetings, reports, and transition plans for children/young people.

In addition, you will support a 24-hour rehabilitation approach and work flexibly to meet service needs.
