Mental Health Therapist

As a Mental Health Therapist - Occupational Focus, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs at Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable you to develop and deliver targeted interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
This role offers a unique blend of clinical practice, education, and leadership responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development and project work, while also supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
Salary Information:
The annual salary for this position is £39,205 to £47,084 (inclusive of 5% Fringe HCAS), pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:

- Completion of a Fieldwork Educators' course
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
