About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our Integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care for patients with complex mental health needs.

This role is ideal for either newly qualified or experienced psychologists familiar with working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. You will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.

The successful candidate will work 5 days per week, 8am-4pm, with some flexibility in hours possible. There is also an opportunity for this to be a full-time role if split across two sites.

**What We Offer:**

  • Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course.
  • Support from the wider Psychological Therapies team.
    • Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) in the form of training.
    • Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations.
    • Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required.
    • Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology.
  • Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients.

Salary: £63,300 per annum FTE (dependent on experience)
