**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mental Health Pharmacist to join our team in Surrey. As a Senior Mental Health Pharmacist, you will provide expert support in medicines management across multiple mental health wards.

 

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacist with UK registration to work as a Senior Mental Health Pharmacist in a dynamic NHS Trust in Surrey. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing the safe and effective use of medication for patients with mental health conditions.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medicines management support across multiple mental health wards.
  • Review and manage the safe and effective use of medication for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Mental health ward experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a NHS setting is highly desirable.
  • You must be a qualified pharmacist with UK registration.

 

**Salary and Benefits:**
