Customer Support Coordinator

Kenneth Brian Associates Limited are recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their rapidly growing sales team.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships and resolving queries.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
