Office Administrator and Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Administrator and Coordinator to join our team at Trevett Project Services based out of offices near Gatwick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, including scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes. They will also be involved in preparing quotes, tenders, and project reports for our management team, as well as assisting with procurement of materials and ordering project team equipment, supplies, and essentials.

Requirements- At least 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £30k - 35K per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 20 days holiday + BH, pension, parking, and private healthcare.
