Facilities Management Role

The Charalle Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Assistant to join their team in Guildford. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an effective administrative and facilities management service
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure IT equipment is available as required
  • Process and distribute post, including DX
  • Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning, and collating court bundles
  • Maintain databases and assist with archiving
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis
  • Perform manual handling and small repairs
  • Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations

Requirements:

Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

At least 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent
