Support Administrator for Facilities Team

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Administrator to join their facilities team in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support across various areas, including reception, post-room activities, general administration, and facilities administration.

As a key member of the facilities team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House duties, including answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
  • Post Room activities, such as receiving parcels and sending post
  • Fire Health and Safety records management
  • Archiving and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with office moves
  • Meeting room setup
  • Scanning/photocopying and providing general support to teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
