Role Summary:
  Office Angels is seeking a Financial Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of tax compliance services in Central Guildford. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, handle finance administration responsibilities, and manage online accounts with tax authorities. They will also prepare standard HMRC letters, package/upload tax returns, and assist with US tax administration tasks. Additionally, they will maintain client data, handle daily post, scan, and distribute relevant documents, and perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  The key responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, handling finance administration responsibilities, managing online accounts with tax authorities, preparing standard HMRC letters, packaging/uploading tax returns, assisting with US tax administration tasks, maintaining client data, handling daily post, scanning, and distributing relevant documents, and performing AML checks on new clients.

Requirements:
  To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and time management skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Prior experience in tax compliance support or a similar role is desirable.

What We Offer:
  This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata), flexible working hours of 25 hours per week, and the opportunity to work in a friendly team environment.
