Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including purchase ledger support, sales ledger assistance, bank reconciliations, and sales invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in processing supplier invoices and ensuring accuracy
* Support the creation of customer invoices and assist with tracking payments
* Help with reconciling bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records
* Learn to prepare and review invoices under the guidance of senior team members
* Support the team in following up on outstanding payments and maintaining good client relationships

Requirements:
* A keen interest in finance and accounts, with a desire to learn and develop
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Basic IT proficiency, including familiarity with Excel or similar tools
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to ask questions
