Are you a sales-driven professional looking to expand your business and leadership skills? We are seeking an experienced Development Executive to lead the regional expansion of our new broking brand in Aberdeen/Dundee.
This is a unique opportunity to build a robust portfolio of commercial and specialty clients across the region. You will be empowered to open your own office, lead a branch, and hire a small team around you.
As a Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing lasting client relationships. With a competitive salary up to £65,000 per year and a 22% bonus opportunity on all business produced, this role offers excellent financial rewards.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business development or sales within the commercial or agricultural insurance market. You must be able to present confidently at events, network, and convert warm business leads.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow out a new broking brand in the region. The hiring process involves an informal chat with our Scottish Regional Director and a business planning meeting where you will present your vision for the role.
